Support Developer

Position: Permanent (Full time)

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Support of our products via Forums and Live Chat
  • Test our products on various platforms under customer reported scenarios and log bugs in the Issue Tracking System
  • Create sample projects demonstrating the product bugs
  • Follow up Product Development Teams for the ETA and keep customers updated about the progress of the development work on critical issues
  • Review and publish the product releases
  • Write product blogs
  • Write product contents
  • Create / Update Product Web Demos using ASP.NET and Java Server Faces techniques
  • Create / Update Product Documentation
Requirements

  • At least 3 years of development experience in C# .NET and/or Java web technologies
  • Good concept of distributed computing / third party component usage
  • Basic understanding of FTP and SVN clients
  • Quick learner of the new Products, Platforms and Technologies
  • Should have ability to work independently with the least supervision
  • Excellent Research and Development skills
  • Self motivated Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written English communication skills
