Job Details 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our products (APIs) to resolve our customers' technical issues. You will support the customer by acting as the liaison between the customer and other internal teams. Your ability to work with complex software product issues will also make you an ideal candidate.  

Technical Software Support Engineer would be responsible for the following jobs:

  • Reproduce customer environment and run tests 
  • Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently 
  • Liaise between product teams, business teams, and customers to properly address customer problems 
  • Troubleshoot software issues reported by customers
  • Answering queries on the forums
  • Writing blog posts on our internal and external blogs
  • Promoting blog posts on social media
  • Managing release announcements and updating customers about fixes

Technical Requirements

  • Must have solid experience with Microsoft and .NET technologies
  • Should have good understanding of overall programming languages echo system
  • Should be able to learn new language or tool quickly to help resolve simple issues
  • Must be willing to tackle complex customer issues and log those issues in ticketing sytem
  • Should have basic knowledge of social media marketing skills or be willing to learn new things in this direction 
  • Technical English writing skills should be excellent with good command on grammar etc.
