Technical Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of development experience in Ruby and Rails Framework.
- Must have good understanding of REST API architecture and should be able to consume RESTful web services in native Ruby way.
- Must know the best practices to create and maintain Ruby Gems and documentation.
- Should be experienced in writing BDD based QA tests in Ruby.
- Should have good understanding about popular Ruby platforms and integration concepts.
- Must have good concepts of maintaining code repositories on popular version control systems like Mercurial, Github etc.
- PHP and/or Python experience is a plus.
General Requirements
- Ability to explain complex things in easy and natural written English.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on your own.
- A willing team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Should be self disciplined, pro-active, self-motivated and responsible.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
