Technical Skills

• Expert in designing software architectures
• Should possess strong analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience in .net frameworks
• Must have excellent understanding of C# language specification, semantic and lexical structure.
• Good understanding of programming language compilers.
• Excellent programming skills in C#.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing and TDD.
• Good understanding of Java programming language is required, development experience in Java will be a Plus.

General Requirements

• Excellent leadership qualities.
• Must have managed team of 10+ developers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• A willing team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Should be self disciplined, pro-active, self-motivated and responsible.
